Shipping & Return Policy:
Tay’s will accept returns and exchanges for up to fifteen (15) days after purchase. Exchanges must be for equal or lesser value of purchase.
Refunds and exchanges may only be issued for unopened and unused items, and in the same condition you received it. Once an item(s) is returned, received, and inspected by Tay’s, customer will be notified of approval or rejection of refund or exchange request. Please include exchange request in writing with returned item or email: email@example.com . Please include your order number with this request.
On approved refunds, a credit will be issued to your credit card or per original method of payment within three (3) business days from date received.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs involved with returning product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If shipping an item(s) valued over $75.00, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as return shipping guarantee is not provided by Tay’s.
